Single Trip and Backpacker policies
Fill in your start and end date. Your start date may well be far into the future, but you’ll be covered for cancellation from the date you purchase the policy. Please note that your policy automatically extends to provide cover if anyone named on the policy is unable to return home due to injury, illness or a public transport delay.

When are you travelling?

Annual Multi-Trip policies
Your cover start date is different to the start date of your first trip. It is important that you buy your annual multi-trip in advance of travelling even if your first trip is still far away, so today’s date is a good date to choose if you’ve already booked your holiday. This is to ensure you are covered for cancellation should your trip be cancelled before it starts.

Cancellation cover will only apply from the policy start date
